Trade terms
Last updated: October 2026. These terms apply to every sale by LDM Global Ltd, trading as LDM Distribution (“we”), to a business customer (“you”).
1. Trade only
We sell to businesses only. We may ask for proof of trading before opening an account.
2. Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 7 days and subject to stock. A contract is made when we confirm your order in writing.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and confirmed on each quote. New accounts pay in full by bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice before dispatch. Any credit terms must be agreed in writing.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Free delivery on orders of £300 and over. Below that, we confirm the delivery cost on your quote. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we receive payment in full.
5. Damaged or missing goods
Check deliveries on arrival and tell us about damage, shortages or wrong items within 48 hours, with photos. We will replace, credit or refund the affected goods.
6. Returns
Correctly supplied goods can only be returned with our written agreement, unused and in their original condition.
7. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the price of that order. We are not liable for loss of profit or indirect loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Resale
You are responsible for complying with any rules that apply to where and how you resell the goods.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
